٦” وَذَاوُدُ بْنُّ يَنَّ مَلَكَ عَلَى كُلِّ إِسْرَانِيلَ. ” وَالزَّمَانُ الَّذِي مَلَكَ فيهِ عَلَى إِمسَْالِيلَ
أَرْبَعُونَ سَنَّةً. مَلَكَ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ فِي خَبْرُونَ، وَمَلَكَ ثَلاَثًا وَثَلاَثِينَ سَنَةً فِي أُورُ بِلِيمَ
٨” وَمَاتَ بِشَيْيَةٍ صَالِحَةٍ وَقَدْ شَبعَ أَيَّامًا وَعِنِىَ وَكَرَامَةً. وَمَلَكَ سَلَيّْمَانُ ابنّهُ مَكَاتَّهُ. “”وَلمُورُ
دَاأوُدَ الْمَلِكِ الأولَى وَالأُخِيرَةُ هِيَّ مَكْتُوبَةٌ فِي سِفْرِ أَخْبَارٍ صَمُونِيل الرَّانِي، وَأَخْبَارٍ تَثَّانَ
النَّبِيِّ، وَأَخْبَارِ جَادَ الرَّائِي، “مَعَ كُلِّ مَلْكِهِ وجَيَزُوتِهِ وَالأَوْقَاتِ الّتِي عَبَزَتْ عَيْهِ وَعَى
إِسْرَائِيلَ وَعَلَى كُلِّ مَمَالِكِ الأروض.

And David son of Jesse reigned over all Israel. The time he reigned over Israel was forty years. He reigned seven years in Hebron, and he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem. And he died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor. And Solomon his son reigned in his place. Now the acts of King David, first and last, are written in the book of the chronicles of Samuel the seer, and in the book of the prophet Nathan, and in the book of Gad the seer, with all his reign and his might, and the times that passed over him and over Israel and over all the kingdoms of the lands.
