ይህ መጽሐፍ በከርስቲያናዊ አመራር ላይ ከተዘጋጁት ባለ ሁለት መድብል የርቀት ትምህርቶች ሁለተኛው ከፍል ነው፡፡ ሁለተኛውን ከፍል ከመጀመራችሁ አስቀድሞ ከፍል አንድን አጠናቅቁ፡፡ ከፍል አንድን ካላጠናቀቃችሁ በቀላሉ የማትረዷቸው በርካታ ነገሮች አሉ፡፡ በክፍል አንድ ስር በሚገኙት አምስት ትምህርቶች ላይ የመመዘኛ ፈተና ወስዳችኋል ብለን ተስፋ እናደርጋለን፡፡ አሁን ደግሞ ቀጣዩን ፈተና ከመውሰዳችሁ አስቀድሞ ከትምህርት ስድስት እስከ ዐሥር ያሉትን ትምህርቶች መሸፈን ይገባችኋል፡፡ ለሳምንታዊ ስብሰባዎች መልካም ዝግጅት ማድረግ የሚያስችሉዋችሁ : ማሳሰቢያዎች ከታች ተቀምጠውላችኋል፡፡ ለጋራ ውይይት በሳምንት አንድ ጊዜ ትገናኛላችሁ፡፡ ወደ ውይይቱ ከመምጣታችሁ በፊት፣ መሪያችሁ ለውይይቱ ዝግጁ ሆናችሁ እንድትመጡ የትኞቹን ትምህርቶች ልትሸፍኑ እንደሚገባ ይነግራችኋል፡፡ ለውይይት በሚቀርበው _ ክፍል ላይ መጠነኛ የሙከራ ጥያቄዎች ይሰጧችኋል፡፡ የሙከራው ፈተና የሚሰጠው ውይይቱ ከመጀመሩ አስቀድሞ ነው፡፡ ሀ ለሳምንቱ የተዘጋጀውን ትምህርት ወደ ውይይቱ ከመምጣታችሁ አስቀድሞ ማጠናቀቃችሁን እርግጠኛ ሁኑ፡፡ ውይይቱ ከመጀመሩ በፊት የተመደበውን ትምህርት ካላጠናቀቃችሁ የሙከራ ጥያቄውን አትወስዱም በውይይቱም አትሳተፉም፡፡ በጥናት መምሪያው ላይ ተመሥርተው የቀረቡ ቀላል ጥያቄዎችን መመለስ ያቅታችሁና ራሳችሁን _ ለእፍረት ትዳርጋላችሁ፡፡ በትምህርቱ _ ዝርዝሮችም _ ውስጥ የተጠቀሱትን ባለማወቃችሁ በውይይቱም መካከል እፍረት ይገጥማችኋል፡፡ የውይይቱ ዓላማ በግል ጥናታችሁ ወቅት ከትምህርቱ ያገኛችሁትን እውቀት በተግባር ለማዛመድ ነው፡፡ ከውይይቱ በፊት በአግባቡ ዝግጅት አድርጉ፡፡ የዚህ ኮርስ ወሳኝ ክፍል ይህኛው ነው፡፡ የውይይቱ ዓላማ ከትምህርቱ የተገኙትን እውቀቶች የሕይወታችሁ ክፍል አድርጎ ማዛመድ ነው፡፡ ለሳምንቱ የተመደቡትን ትምህርቶች ስታጠኑ፣ ለውይይት ቢቀርቡ የምትሏቸውን ወሳኝ ነጥቦች ታገኛላችሁ፡፡ እነዚህን ነጥቦች በማስታወሻዎቻችሁ አስፍሯቸውና ወደ ውይይቱ ይዛችኋቸው ኑ፡፡ የውይይቱ ወቅት የተማራችኋቸውን የአመራር መርሆች በእግዚአብሔር መንግሥት ውስጥ እያበረከታችሁ ባለው የአመራር ሃላፊነት እንዴት ልታዛምዱ እንደምትችሉ መፍትሄ የምታገኙበት ነው፡፡ ይህ መጽሐፍ አስተማሪያችሁ ነው፡፡ ከታች ያሉትን መመሪያዎች በጥንቃቄ ጠብቋቸው ያን ካደረጋችሁ በውይይቱ ወቅት የምትማሯቸውን ወሳኝ እውነታዎች ትረዳላችሁ፡፡ እያንዳንዱ ትምህርት ማዕቀፍ በምንላቸው ክፍሎች ተከፋፍለዋል፡፡ ማዕቀፎቹም ይህንን በመሰለ መስመር ተከፋፍለዋል፡፡ በመጀመሪያ የላይኛውን ማዕቀፍ አንብቡ፡፡ በመጨረሻ ያለውን ጥያቄም መልሱ፡፡ ለጥያቄው መልስ ከሰጣችሁ በኋላ፣ የሚቀጥለውን ማዕቀፍ አንብቡ፡፡ በዚያም የመጀመሪያውን ማዕቀፍ ምላሽ ታገኛላችሁ፡፡ ትከክለኛ መልስ ከሰጣችሁ ሁለተኛውን ማዕቀፍ ማንበባችሁን ቀጥሉ፡፡ በሚቀጥለው ማዕቀፍ የምታገኙትን መልስ ከመመልከታችሁ አስቀድሞ ከማእቀፍ ወደ ማዕቀፍ በመሸጋገር ለጥያቄዎቹ ምላሽ መስጠታችሁን ግፉበት፡፡ በትምህርቱ ውስጥ የዳሰሳችኋቸውን ወሳኝ ነጥቦች ለመከለስ የሚያግዟችሁን ጥያቄዎች በትምህርቱ ፍፃሜ ላይ ታገኛላችሁ፡፡ የመጨረሻውን ጥያቄ መመለስ ካልቻላችሁ፣ ትምህርቱን መልሳችሁ አጥነት፡፡

This book is the second in a series of dual-distance courses on Christian leadership. Before beginning the second part, make sure you have finished the first part. If you do not complete the first part, there will be many things that you will not understand. We hope that you have taken the qualification test on the five subjects from part one. Now, before taking the next test, you should study lessons six through ten. To prepare well for the weekly meetings, notes are provided at the end of each lesson. You will meet once a week for a group discussion. Before attending the discussion, your leader will inform you which lessons to review so that you are ready. Some practice questions will be given in the discussion section. The practice test will be administered before the discussion begins. Make sure to complete the lesson assigned for the week before attending the discussion. If you do not finish the assignment before the discussion starts, you will not be allowed to take the test questions and will not participate in the discussion. You may not be able to answer the basic questions from the study material and could feel embarrassed. If you are unfamiliar with the topics, you may feel awkward during the discussion. The goal of the discussion is to apply the knowledge gained from your personal study. Get ready thoroughly before the discussion. This is a crucial part of the course. The goal of the discussion is to connect the knowledge you’ve gained from the course to your own life. As you go through the lessons assigned for the week, identify the key points you want to discuss. Write these points down in your notes and bring them to the discussion. This is where you will discover how to apply the leadership principles you learned in the discussion to your leadership responsibilities in God’s Kingdom. Consider this book to be your teacher. Follow the instructions carefully, and doing so will help you grasp the essential concepts covered in the discussion. Learning is organized into sections called frameworks, and the frameworks are structured similarly. First, read the top framework and answer the last question. After answering it, move to the next framework, which will provide the answer to the first framework. If your answer is correct, continue to the second framework. Before checking the answers in the next framework, progress through each one and challenge yourself to answer the questions on your own. At the end of the lesson, there are questions to help you review the key points you have studied. If you cannot answer the final question, repeat the lesson and try again.
